We started onEDGE with a simple idea: build products the way engineers want to build them. In too many projects, we saw engineers slowed down by management layers, endless meetings, or suppliers who only delivered parts of the puzzle. Prototypes took too long, production handovers got messy, and knowledge was scattered. We wanted to change that.
onEDGE was created to bring engineering culture back to the center. A place where decisions are made by the people who actually design, solder, code, and test. A place where speed and precision go hand in hand, and where the focus is always on making things work in practice, not just on paper.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, from the first sketch on a whiteboard to a working prototype, from small pilot runs to production, and into lifecycle support with OTA and monitoring. Every stage is hands-on, practical, and focused on getting things to work in the field. But onEDGE is not only about delivering projects. It’s also about creating a place where engineers can grow.
